Investigator of the laboratory awards a proyect Fondecyt
The Dr. Andres Fuentes-Ramirez, post-doctoral investigator of Biometría's Laboratory I award an important project Fondecyt, from the present date until the year 2018. The project goes for name " Using the forest fires of the Dead China National Reserve seize native laboratory for assessing their ecological impacts ", Fondecyt of Initiation * 11150487. Laboratory researcher posts in Nature
With the simple question of how many trees are there in the world?, a group of researchers, led by Yale University, made it to the cover of the prestigious Nature journal in the edition of September 2015. Along with them, Dr. Christian Salas from Biometrics Laboratory of the Universidad de La Frontera, was the only Chilean scientific present in the study.
